BRIEF
The 60 CBM skid-mounted LNG filling station, manufactured by CSCTRUCK China Tank Truck, is a high-performance solution for liquefied natural gas (LNG) refueling. It features a 60 cubic meter tank volume, enabling substantial storage capacity for LNG. The station is equipped with a 340 L/min submersible pump operating at 220 meters, ensuring efficient fuel transfer.
To support operations, the system includes an 80-liter vacuum pump pool, rated at 1.6 MPa, and a robust pipeline valve with specifications of 4.0 MPa at -196°C, suitable for extreme temperature and pressure conditions. The LNG filling station also incorporates a dual-capacity air-heated vaporizer with ratings of 2.5 MPa and capacities of 300 Nm³ + 150 Nm³, designed for efficient vaporization of LNG.
Fuel dispensing is facilitated through a charging gun with a flow rate of 190 L/min and a pressure rating of 1.6 MPa. For accurate measurement, the station is equipped with a 1.0 class single or double measurement mass flowmeter. Additionally, the system includes an instrument wind system delivering 0.33 m³/min at 0.8 MPa for auxiliary operations.
The control of the LNG filling station is automated via a PLC + PC IC card management system, enabling seamless operation and efficient fuel management. This design ensures reliable, high-capacity LNG filling services in a compact, skid-mounted form.
