BRIEF
FEATURES
1. Tank type:
The tank is designed with an elliptical horizontal structure, offering flexibility with three sets of anti-wave plates or three independent compartments, adaptable to user requirements.
2. Inner gallbladder:
Constructed from a 3.0mm thick stainless steel plate meeting food grade standards (AISI 304-2B), our product undergoes meticulous fabrication. Precision welding and shaping are achieved using a CNC fully automatic argon arc welding machine, while the rolling and polishing machine ensures a flawless finish. Our specialized large plate rolling machine effortlessly forms the material into an elliptical cylinder in a single bend, reducing the likelihood of dirt accumulation.
3. Internal head:
The tank compartment features a butterfly head crafted from a single 4mm thick 304 2B stainless steel plate, formed through a process of water pressure blowing and expansion. This technique ensures a uniform appearance and exquisite shaping. In operational use, this design mitigates the impact of fresh milk on the tank head effectively, boasting superior impact resistance compared to flat or conical heads.4. Partition/wave board:
The 4mm-thick 304 2B stainless steel plate has been skillfully crafted into 2 butterfly-shaped partitions and 2 anti-wave plates, each with manholes. These components are meticulously welded inside the tank car’s inner chamber, ensuring complete enclosure. Their arc-shaped edges facilitate thorough cleaning by forming wide angles at the connection points with the inner tank. Following Australian production standards, all welding joints within the tank are meticulously polished using 6 polishing machines, guaranteeing compliance with international food-grade regulations. The robustness of these butterfly heads surpasses that of flat or corrugated counterparts, ensuring superior strength and durability.
5. Strengthening tendon
Utilizing advanced research and development software, we compute the force distribution meticulously across the tank body as it maneuvers through walking and turning motions. Subsequently, stainless steel reinforcement rings are meticulously welded at strategically spaced intervals along the inner liner of the tank body. This meticulous reinforcement not only bolsters the structural integrity of the tank body but also allows for a reduction in the thickness of the inner liner, thereby diminishing the overall weight of the tank truck.
6. Insulation layer
Applying imported polyurethane spray foam to envelop the entire tank car and securely affixing it to the inner liner’s exterior, along with a 10mm layer of rubber cotton fire insulation, ensures a uniform and meticulous insulation setup with excellent effectiveness. This configuration enables the transportation of liquid food at ambient temperature, maintaining a temperature variance of no more than 1 ºC over 24 hours, despite a 30 ºC temperature difference.
7. Outer liner:
The outer shell is assembled via riveting, streamlining both installation and maintenance processes. Its lighter weight not only enhances convenience but also increases milk-carrying capacity for users.
8. CIP cleaning system:
The tank truck is equipped with evenly distributed CIP cleaning points, all constructed from SUS304 material. These cleaning points feature a 360° rotating spray mechanism, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the tank interior and delivering ample impact force for effective cleaning.
9. Milk inlet/outlet:
The back end of the tanker truck features a butterfly valve measuring 50mm in diameter for milk inlet/outlet, along with a 50mm pipe opening and a non-threaded nut cover. This setup extends to the inside of the rear milk box at the rear of the tanker truck.
10. Bidirectional Breathing Valve:
A comprehensive ventilation valve system will be incorporated alongside the milk inlet/outlet to guarantee optimal ventilation performance for the tanker during both milk feeding and discharging processes.
11. Anti-slip platform:
The non-slip platform utilizes non-slip pedals crafted from stamped and folded stainless steel or alloy aluminum plates. This boosts traction, preventing slip incidents even in freezing conditions, and ensuring safe maneuverability for operators significantly while washing atop the tank.12. Escalator:
The vehicle transport tank features an escalator crafted from bent and welded SUS304 stainless steel pipe, facilitating convenient access for operators.
