The 3000 CBM mobile CNG filling station produced by CSCTRUCK China Tank Truck is an advanced, skid-mounted natural gas compression and dispensing system designed for efficient, flexible, and high-capacity CNG refueling operations. Engineered in compliance with GB18047-2000 standards for vehicle natural gas, the system ensures safe and stable performance for modern energy distribution needs.
This mobile CNG filling station is designed to handle a suction pressure range of 3–20 MPa and delivers a discharge pressure of up to 25 MPa, making it suitable for high-pressure CNG storage and vehicle refueling applications. With an average displacement capacity of 1,200 Nm³/h, it provides reliable and continuous gas compression, supporting medium to large-scale fueling demands.
The unit adopts a secondary compression stage design, ensuring improved efficiency and stable output pressure. Its vertical 2-column layout structure optimizes space utilization while maintaining structural stability during operation. The system is equipped with an advanced PLC control system integrated with a touchscreen interface and soft starter, allowing intelligent monitoring and simplified operation control.
For thermal management, the mobile CNG filling station uses a water circulation air-cooling system with antifreeze as the cooling medium, ensuring reliable performance even under varying ambient conditions. The driving system is powered by a motor-driven hydraulic pump, using 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil and oil-free lubrication technology to enhance durability and reduce maintenance requirements.
Key operational parameters include an intake temperature of ≤40°C and an exhaust temperature controlled to within ambient temperature +15°C, ensuring safe thermal limits during continuous operation. The total installed power is limited to ≤65 kW, supporting energy-efficient performance.
With compact skid-mounted dimensions of 6.3 m × 2.18 m × 2.32 m, the mobile CNG filling station is easy to transport, install, and deploy in remote or temporary fueling locations. This makes it an ideal solution for mobile energy supply, emergency fueling, and distributed CNG infrastructure development.
