With a maximum allowable working pressure of 22 bar and a water capacity of 21,100 liters, the 20FT LNG containment tank is optimized for efficient high-volume transport. It supports multiple filling ratios (95%, 90%, and 80%) depending on the medium, ensuring operational safety and compliance with transport regulations. The unit features a tare weight of approximately 8,700 kg and a maximum gross weight of 36,000 kg, making it suitable for global intermodal logistics, including road, rail, and sea transport. Its stacking capability of up to 192,000 kg further enhances storage and handling efficiency in containerized environments.
The inner vessel is constructed from high-grade stainless steel (SA240 304N) and designed according to ASME Section VIII Division 1 standards, complete with U-stamp certification. It is capable of operating at cryogenic temperatures as low as -196°C, ensuring safe containment of ultra-low temperature liquefied gases. The outer jacket, made from carbon steel (Q345R) or stainless steel (S30408), provides structural strength and environmental protection.
A high-performance vacuum insulation system combined with multi-layer super insulation minimizes heat ingress, achieving a low evaporation rate of approximately 0.34% per day (based on LN₂ conditions). Certified by Lloyd’s Register and compliant with international standards such as ISO1496, IMDG, ADR, RID, and US-DOT, this 20FT LNG containment tank ensures reliability, safety, and global acceptance.
