1. Tank type:

The tank features an elliptical horizontal structure, offering flexibility with 3 configurations: Equipped with anti-wave plates or designed as 3 separate compartments for large milk collection trucks (customizable based on user preferences).

2. Inner gallbladder:

Constructed from a 3.0mm thick stainless steel plate of food-grade AISI 304-2B quality, this product undergoes precise shaping and welding utilizing a CNC fully automatic argon arc welding machine. Subsequent polishing is achieved through the use of a rolling and polishing machine. The large plate rolling machine facilitates a one-time bending process, forming an elliptical cylinder design that minimizes dirt accumulation.

3. Internal head:
The tank compartment’s top employs a butterfly head crafted from a 4mm thick 304 2B stainless steel plate, fashioned through a single-step process of water pressure expansion. This method ensures uniformity in appearance and striking aesthetics in its formation. While in transit, it absorbs the force of fresh milk effectively within the tank, boasting superior impact resistance compared to flat or conical heads.
4. Partition/wave board:
The 4mm thick 304 2B stainless steel plate transforms 2 butterfly-shaped enclosed partitions and 2 anti-wave plates, complete with manholes. These partitions and anti-wave plates are meticulously installed via full weld inside the tank car’s inner tank, featuring arc-shaped flushing edges that integrate seamlessly with the inner tank to facilitate effortless cleaning. All welding points within the tank body undergo polishing using 6 polishing machines, adhering strictly to Australian production process standards, ensuring the treatment effect meets international food-grade requirements. The structural integrity of these butterfly heads surpasses that of flat or wavy plate heads by a significant margin.
5. Strengthening tendon
Utilizing advanced research and development software, we calculate the force distribution across the tank body during its movement and turning. Subsequently, stainless steel reinforcement rings are meticulously welded at strategic intervals along the inner liner, providing robust support to the entire tank body. This innovative approach not only decreases the thickness of the inner liner but also upholds the structural integrity of the tank body, diminishing the overall weight of the tank truck consequently.

6. Insulation layer
Applying imported polyurethane spray foam to fully encase the tank car, securely fastening it to the inner liner of the tank car, along with a 10mm rubber cotton fire insulation layer, ensures uniform and meticulous insulation. This setup effectively maintains the temperature while transporting liquid food at ambient temperature, with a maximum temperature difference of 30ºC and no more than a 1ºC temperature fluctuation within 24 hours.

7. Outer liner

The exterior shell is assembled by riveting, streamlining both installation and upkeep while significantly reducing weight, allowing users to carry more milk.

8. CIP cleaning system

CIP cleaning points are uniformly positioned throughout the tank truck, constructed entirely from SUS304 material. The cleaning spray water boasts a 360° rotation capability, facilitating the dispersion of the cleaning solution to every nook and cranny of the tank, guaranteeing ample impact force.

9. Milk inlet/outlet:

Towards the back of the tanker truck, there’s a setup featuring a 50mm butterfly valve for milk inlet/outlet, accompanied by a corresponding 50mm pipe opening. Additionally, there’s a non-threaded nut cover. This configuration extends to the inside of the rear milk box at the rear end of the tanker truck.10. Bidirectional Breathing Valve:

A ventilation valve system will be integrated alongside the milk inlet/outlet to maintain optimal ventilation for the tanker during both the milk loading and unloading processes.

11. Anti-slip platform:

The anti-slip platform utilizes pedals made of stamped and folded stainless steel or alloy aluminum plates, significantly boosting traction and preventing slipping even in freezing conditions. This ensures safe passage for operators while cleaning the tank’s surface.12. Escalator:

The vehicle transport tank features an escalator crafted from bent and welded SUS304 stainless steel pipe, ensuring convenient access for operators.
